The Faculty Affairs Office is one of the offices of the Faculty of Education at Misurata University. It is concerned with everything related to the faculty member at the college. It is managed by a faculty member at the college, who is assigned by a decision from the university president. The director of the Faculty Affairs Office acts as a link between the college and the university’s general administration to meet all procedures related to faculty members at the college and to overcome all difficulties they face.
Leadership and excellence in building cadres of faculty members capable of performing their assigned tasks and developing their scientific and professional capabilities.
Organizing the affairs of faculty members in a manner that guarantees their rights and is consistent with their duties, to achieve the highest standards of quality and performance to advance the educational process, serve the community, and build state institutions.
The Faculty Affairs Office aims to carry out its assigned tasks through
1- Providing the best services to faculty members in the college.
2 Contributing to raising the efficiency of faculty members in the college, through conducting training courses and encouraging effective participation in scientific conferences, workshops and seminars
3- Facilitating administrative and financial procedures for faculty members.
4- Providing a modern and advanced work environment for faculty members in the college to motivate and dedicate themselves to work.
5- Building a database that includes all faculty members in the college and supporting staff.
6- Using electronic services to facilitate communication with faculty members in the college.
1. Take measures to complete the contracting and appointment documents and refer them to the competent authorities.
2 Notify the university of the college's needs for faculty members according to the requirements specified by the college to take measures to announce them.
3 Prepare data and statistics on faculty members at the college and inform the university of them.
4. Take measures to enable new faculty members to take up their work in coordination with the relevant academic departments, and inform the university of this
